Tandem-penta cycle

They didn't stop at bicycles built for two back in the day. Gives new meaning to "fat-tire". Bicycles were all the rage around the turn of the last century. Unfortunately the automobile got going before everyone was a rider, or our traffic would have been much calmer. :^)

    we saw a bike for 4 on top of a car on our drive home from Spokane! Chris & Timmy had fat tire with their dinner tonight over here LOL

    We saw a group of "bikers" traveling down highway 41 on our way home from the Pend Oreille River (sounds like Ponderay)on Monday. We counted 5 2-person tandems. So does the person in the rear do most of the work? cuz it looked like those were the ones working the hardest.
